This page explains what personal data enovasense.com collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

Enovasense decides why and how the data described below is processed, and is therefore the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

What we collect
The contact form
When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and your message. These three are required — without them we cannot answer you. Everything else is optional and up to you: company, job title, postal address and telephone number.
We use these only to reply to you and, where your message concerns our products, to follow up on that enquiry. Messages are received and handled by Enovasense in France; they are not passed on to our distributors or to other companies of the group.
The form is protected against robots by a small calculation performed by your browser, hosted on our own server. This mechanism sets no cookie and involves no third-party service.
Audience measurement
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, where visits come from, type of device. These statistics are aggregated and serve only to improve the site. The tool is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you consent.
Business visitor identification (visitors located in the United States only)
We use a business visitor identification tool provided by GetEmails LLC ("RB2B"), 1401 Lavaca Street Unit 298, Austin, TX 78701, United States. When active, this tool can link a visit to a professional identity (name, business email address, public professional profile, company) so that we can offer our products to companies showing interest in them. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting, complemented by the consent or opt-out rules applicable locally.
This processing only concerns visitors located in the United States: our server determines the country of connection on every request, and the script is simply not loaded for visitors located anywhere else. If you are browsing this site from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil or any other country outside the United States, no data about you is processed by this tool.
For visitors located in the United States, the tool is active by default, in line with the opt-out model in force; you can disable it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you are in California, a consent window is shown before anything is activated, and you have the right to refuse the sale or sharing of your personal information ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") through that same setting.
External content (YouTube videos)
Some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube, loaded through the privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com. No cookie is set until you start playback. On playback, the YouTube player sets the cookies listed in the table below; on modern browsers these cookies are partitioned to enovasense.com (the "CHIPS" mechanism): YouTube cannot read them again when you browse other sites, including youtube.com. The player also downloads a font from fonts.gstatic.com for its own display — only after your consent and without setting any cookie.
The map of our locations
The "Our locations" page displays a map whose background is provided by OpenFreeMap, a service that sets no cookies and does not track visitors. That page also publishes the business contact details of our distributors, with their agreement.

Your consent
A consent window is shown on your first visit if you connect from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil or California — the country being determined by a geolocation database installed on our own server, with no call to any third-party service. Nothing that requires your agreement is loaded until you have answered, and refusing takes one click.
The "Business visitor identification" category is only offered to visitors located in the United States, the only ones concerned by that processing. Outside the United States and the areas listed above, no window is shown; the "Cookie settings" link in the footer remains available everywhere and at any time to review or change your choices.
Your choice is stored on your device only (enovasense_consent cookie, 180 days). As evidence that consent was collected, we archive dated, versioned copies of the consent window, its wording and its configuration — without keeping any identifier or IP address per visitor.
Who processes your data for us
The site is hosted by OVHcloud on servers located in the European Union. Contact form emails are routed by SMTP2GO from its European infrastructure (Amsterdam); email archiving is disabled there and activity data is kept for five days. Audience measurement is provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Business visitor identification is provided by GetEmails LLC (United States) and only concerns visitors located in the United States.
Transfers outside the European Union
Audience measurement data is processed by Google, some of whose processing may take place outside the European Union under the transfer mechanisms provided for in its terms. Data processed by the business visitor identification tool is processed in the United States; it exclusively concerns visitors located there, and no data of visitors located in the European Union is collected by that tool.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form messages: 6 months after the last exchange
- Server logs: 3 months
- Audience measurement: event data 2 months, user data 14 months (reset on new activity)
- Consent choices: 180 days, on your device
- IP addresses of administrator sign-ins: 24 hours
Your rights
You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, or ask for the portability of your data: write to contact@enovasense.com. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not respected.
If you are a California resident, you additionally have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to refuse the sale or sharing of your personal information: use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer or write to the same address.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the site's administration is restricted and protected by passwords stored as hashes designed to resist brute-force attacks. IP addresses recorded with administrator sign-ins are kept for twenty-four hours and then deleted automatically.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The version number and date at the top of the page show when it was last changed; the version history is archived and earlier versions are available on request.
